That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that event, Newport Skate provides a 30 day no-questions-asked return guarantee.

All products purchased from newportskate.com can be returned for a refund given the following criteria:

  • Refund eligibility will be started after receiving a request through our Retail Support Request Form
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. If your product is deemed eligible for a refund, a return shipping label will be provided by Newport Skate.
  • Returned Product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Product must be returned unassembled in the original packaging and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If original packaging is no longer available, Newport Skate will provide a replacement shipping packaging for a fee of $75 which will be deducted from the original payment before a refund is processed.
  • Damaged Product cannot be accepted for a refund.
  • Product must be returned in unused (brand new) condition. Items that appear used, customised or modified will not be accepted for refund.
  • Newport Skate is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit to Newport Skate during the return process or for any lost shipments.
  • Upon receipt the Product will be inspected to determine if it qualifies for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the Product is returned through the original form of payment, less any associated applicable fees.

A restocking fee covers transactional, refurbishment and logistic costs. Under some circumstances we may offer a 30% restocking fee if 30 days has already passed.

To initiate a return for a purchase made through newportskate.com, please Contact Support and provide us with the following information: 

  • Email Address (used for original purchase)
  • Phone Number
  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Order Number
  • Purchase Date
  • Product Model Number
  • Serial Number

Once we have confirmed the information above, a shipping label will be emailed to you.

If goods do not meet the above requirements, it will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve them.

I’ve sent my package back, when will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued once the package has been received by our facilities.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Newport Skate will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns initiated within 30 days of receipt.
