Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Due to weight and battery restrictions, all orders will be ground shipped.

Local Pickups
Please bring your ID and confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

How much is shipping?
International orders are calculated on weight and destination. (Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country).

Newport Skate is not liable for any of these charges.

If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us. You will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a business address?
Yes. If you are having your item posted to a business address, please include the business name on your order.

Did you receive my order?
We will email a confirmation of the order placed online immediately, make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you have not received this, please contact us or call us during business hours.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship the same day for orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm AEST (next business day for orders placed on weekend/public holiday).

Dependent on your location, standard delivery will be made from 1-14 business days and can take longer during holiday/peak periods. Express Shipping can be selected at the Checkout page.

Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery time within Australia is 2-6 business days. Some remote areas like Western Australia and Northern Territory can take up to 14 business days.
