An Ollie is a skateboard trick where the skateboarder and the board lift off the ground at the same time. To perform an Ollie, follow these steps:

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place your front foot near the middle of the board. Your back foot should be on the tail of the board.
  2. Bend your knees and prepare to jump.
  3. Jump and simultaneously kick your back foot down to the ground, while your front foot flicks the board upwards.
  4. As the board lifts off the ground, use your front foot to guide it into the air while your back foot follows behind.
  5. Land with both feet on the board and absorb the impact by bending your knees.

Practice makes perfect, so it may take some time to master the Ollie. Keep practicing and you'll get it!
